1. What we collect
Nothing. There is no account system, no sign-up, and no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or third-party SDK is included.
The app makes no network requests: reminders, countdowns, widgets and watch complications are all computed and rendered on your device.
2. Where your data lives
Names, dates (solar / lunar), types, colors, notes, voice notes and the elapsed-day entries you create are stored in the app sandbox and its App Group container on your device. They never leave it.
Deleting the app removes all of it; you can also delete reminders or elapsed-day entries one by one inside the app.
3. Between widgets, Apple Watch and iPhone
So that you can see countdowns without opening the app, a snapshot is shared with the Home Screen widget through the iOS App Group, and a copy is sent to your paired Apple Watch through WatchConnectivity.
This data only moves between your own devices. It is never uploaded to us or to any server.
Removing a widget or uninstalling the watch app does not affect the reminders on your phone.
4. Notifications and alarms
Notification permission is requested only when you turn the reminder on for a date, and the reminder time is computed locally.
If you register a date as a system alarm, iOS handles the ringing so it can sound even in Silent or Focus mode. The app gains no extra information from this.
You can turn notifications off in iOS Settings, or switch off an individual reminder in the app.
5. Voice notes
Voice notes need microphone permission and are recorded only while you hold the record button. The audio is stored in the app sandbox and never uploaded.
Deleting the reminder or the app deletes the recording as well.
6. Tip leaderboard (optional)
Only after you open the Tip page and view the leaderboard, or complete a tip, are these items uploaded to our own server (www.iphonesir.com):
· a random identifier generated on this device (used only to add your tips together; it contains no device information);
· the display name you choose for the leaderboard (you can change it any time, a nickname is fine);
· your accumulated tip amount (converted to US dollars by the server).
This data is used solely to render the leaderboard. It is not used for profiling or advertising and is not linked to anything else. If you do not enter a name and do not use tipping, nothing is uploaded.
To have your leaderboard entry removed, email 250595214@qq.com and we will delete it.
7. Third parties
Apart from the three items listed under “Tip leaderboard”, we collect nothing, so there is nothing to share, sell or disclose. The app contains no ads and no third-party analytics or advertising SDK.
7. Children
The app collects no personal information and does not knowingly collect data from children; it is safe for any age.
8. Your rights and contact
Everything you enter lives on your device, so you can view, edit and delete it in the app at any time. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it — we hold no copy.
