1. What we collect
Nothing. The app has no account system, requires no sign-up or login, and includes no analytics, advertising, crash reporting or third-party SDKs.
Location: only when you switch on Weather does the app use your approximate location (city-level, not precise coordinates) to look up the forecast. That location is used for that lookup alone — we never record it, upload it or use it for anything else. With Weather off, the app never accesses your location.
2. Where your timetable lives
The course names, nicknames, teachers, classrooms, notes and class time settings you enter are stored only in the app's private storage on this device (on iOS, "课表数据.json" in the app sandbox; on Android, the app's private storage) and never leave it.
Deleting the app removes that data with it. You can also clear everything at any time from Settings ▸ Clear all courses.
3. Network and Weather
The app has no server of its own. Your timetable, homework and settings are never uploaded anywhere.
The only online feature is Weather, and it must be switched on by you. Once on, the app sends your approximate (city-level) location to Apple's WeatherKit service and receives the local forecast, which is shown on your timetable page. The data comes from Apple and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
We do not store your location or any record of weather lookups. Forecast results are cached on your device so you can view them offline.
If you would rather not use it, switch Weather off in Me, or simply decline the location permission — with it off the app makes no network requests at all and runs fully offline.
4. Home screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets and Live Activities
The app offers home screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets and a Live Activity that appears in the Dynamic Island while a class is in progress.
So that you can see your timetable without opening the app, it shares a timetable snapshot with those system extensions (home screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets, the Live Activity and Apple Watch) on this device only, using Apple's App Group mechanism. That data stays on your device — it is never uploaded and never sent to any server.
The timing of the Live Activity is worked out entirely on your device: shortly before a class starts, the app hands the activity to the system, which draws the countdown. When the class ends, or when you switch the feature off, the activity is removed. None of this involves a network request, and it needs neither notification nor location permission.
In iOS Settings you can turn Live Activities off at any time, or remove any widget you have added from your Home Screen or Lock Screen. Neither affects your timetable data itself.
5. Permissions and what they are for
The Android version may request the permissions below. Each is requested only when you actively use the corresponding feature, and declining any of them leaves the rest of the app fully usable:
· Notifications — to send a class reminder at the time you configure.
· Exact alarms — so reminders fire on time (without it a reminder may arrive about ten minutes late; the feature still works).
· Start on boot — to re-schedule your reminders after the phone restarts.
· Calendar (read and write) — (only if you actively choose the "write to system calendar" reminder mode), to add your timetable to your calendar and to remove reminders this app previously added. You can use "local notification" or "system alarm" instead, which need no calendar permission.
· Photos and files (via the system file picker) — to read the image, Excel, PDF or text file you choose when importing a timetable.
The iOS version requests a single permission, and only when you actively switch Weather on:
· Location (while using the app) — to fetch today's forecast from your approximate, city-level location (not precise coordinates). No background location, no continuous tracking, nothing recorded or uploaded. Decline it and Weather is unavailable; the timetable and everything else works exactly as before.
Class reminders on iOS use local notifications and need no other permission.
6. Photo recognition when importing
Text recognition during import runs entirely on your device. The recognition model is bundled with the app; it does not connect to the network or upload your image at runtime, so your timetable photos never leave your phone.
7. Sharing with third parties
Because we collect nothing, there is no personal information to provide, transfer or disclose to third parties.
8. Children's privacy
The app is aimed at students but collects no personal information (including children's personal information), in line with applicable rules on protecting minors' data.
9. Your choices and deleting your data
You can revoke any granted permission in your system settings at any time, clear your timetable from "Clear all courses" inside the app, or uninstall the app to remove all local data.
Because we never collect data, there is no account data for us to delete on your behalf.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date.
