Timetable · Principal

iOS 15.0 or later · iPhone · iPad · Free · optional membership

One app to run the whole school timetable: fill every class automatically from its weekly period requirements, avoiding and flagging teacher and classroom clashes; see everything at once by class, teacher, classroom or a multi-view; exported images carry the school name and logo, ready for the photo library, a group chat or the classroom door. Teachers, classes, subjects, classrooms and period settings can all be imported from Excel, and data stays on the device — nothing is uploaded.

Enter lists once

Teachers, classes, subjects, classrooms and period settings all import from Excel / CSV, templates included; without Excel you can paste a table in.

Change lessons in two taps

Swap two lessons to a different slot, or long press a cell to force a lesson in — blocked lessons move aside.

One-tap study halls

Fill leftover cells with Study Hall so the whole table looks complete at a glance.

Merged double periods

Lessons with the same teacher and classroom line up, doubles merge into one block and never span a day.

Automatic colours

Subjects, classes and teachers get colours automatically so any subject is recognisable instantly.

iPhone · iPad · both ways

Schedule on the phone, review the whole week on iPad; landscape for a week, portrait for a day.

Multiple independent timetables

One timetable = one independent data set (its own classes, teachers, rooms, subjects and lessons); Gold 2 / Diamond 3 / Ultimate unlimited.

Data stays on device

No account, nothing uploaded; a built-in Data Check finds invalid entries in one tap.

Timetable · Student
What is the difference between the Student and Teacher versions?
If you are a student who just wants to see your own timetable, get the Student version. If you schedule several classes and hand timetables out to students, get the Teacher version. They do not conflict — you can install both, and their data is completely separate.
Do I need to sign up? Is my data uploaded?
No sign-up and no account of any kind. The Student version keeps your timetable on your own device and includes no analytics, advertising or crash reporting SDKs. The only feature that goes online is Weather, and only if you switch it on. See the privacy policy for details.
I am getting a new phone — can I move my timetable?
The Student version stores data locally and cannot sync yet, so a new device means re-entering it (iCloud sync is in the works). The Teacher version already offers an iCloud sync switch on its Me page — turn it on and sign in with the same Apple ID on the new device.
Can I use alternating weeks?
Yes. The Student version has two complete timetables, This week and Next week, with one-tap switching and separate editing; anything you copy from this week can be pasted straight into next week. The Teacher version lets you set one, two, three or four week cycles per subject.
Can I choose how many periods a day and when they start?
Yes. Add or remove periods freely, and change the start time, length and break of each one; the top card recalculates the current and next class from your new times.
Does it cost anything? Are there ads?
Downloading is free and there are no pop-up ads. If the App Store listing mentions in-app purchases or subscriptions, that listing is authoritative.
What if I run into a problem?
Email 250595214@qq.com with your phone model, system version and what happened — we usually reply within one or two business days. The Support page also has answers to common questions.
Timetable · Teacher
Where can I see class hour statistics?
The app has a Statistics page with both totals and per-period numbers; they update automatically when you make a temporary change.
How do I use student names and class lists?
Enter student names in a class and place them on the classroom seating plan so it is easy to call on people and to learn who is who; rearrange them whenever classes or seats change.
How do I turn on iCloud sync?
Open the sync switch on the app's Me page. Your timetable then syncs between iPhone and iPad through your own Apple ID. You can switch it off again at any time and the data stays on the device.
How do I send a timetable to students?
Generate a share code in the app and send it to your students; they enter it in their own app and get a copy of the timetable — no manual re-typing.
How do I add the Apple Watch app and the home screen widget?
Install the app on your iPhone first. For the watch, open the Watch app and install it from Available Apps. For the widget, long press an empty area of the home screen ▸ “+” in the top left ▸ search for Timetable.
How do alternating weeks work?
In the Teacher version the cycle is set per subject: pick one, two, three or four weeks while editing a class. Different subjects in the same timetable can run on different cycles — no need to maintain two tables.
Can I set my own class times?
Yes. Schedule by real clock time, or switch to fixed periods and schedule by period number; start times, lengths and breaks are all adjustable.
Timetable · Principal
What is the difference between the Principal, Teacher and Student versions?
The Principal version is for whoever schedules the whole school: fill every class, teacher and room in one go, review the school-wide overview and export finished timetable images. The Teacher version is for individual teachers: their own classes, hour statistics and student names. The Student version shows students their own timetable. All three can be installed side by side.
Does it cost anything?
Downloading is free. The free tier covers one timetable and five teachers; the Gold / Diamond / Ultimate memberships unlock more timetables and teachers plus image export. All three tiers include a one-month free trial, cancellable any time under Settings ▸ Apple ID ▸ Subscriptions.
How many schools can I manage at once?
One timetable is one fully independent data set (its own classes, teachers, rooms, subjects and lessons), so primary, middle and high school can each have one. Free tier 1, Gold 2, Diamond 3, Ultimate unlimited.
Do I have to type every name list by hand?
No. Teachers, classes, subjects, rooms and period settings can all be imported from Excel / CSV, and the app can copy a template for you in one tap. Without Excel you can paste a table straight in. The template columns are exactly the fields in the app — nothing extra.
How do I change or swap lessons later?
Two taps swap two lessons to a different slot; long pressing a cell forces a lesson in and the lesson in the way moves elsewhere (and tells you if it cannot). Leftover cells can be filled with Study Hall in one tap.
Can exported images include the school name and logo?
Yes. Fill in the school name and pick a logo under the ⋯ menu ▸ School info, and the exported class / teacher / classroom images include them automatically. Images are laid out for A4, ready for Photos, a group chat or printing.
